The past 3 weeks, after all my treatments. One thing i can take away both postivity and negativity from these treatments are:
Epsom salt baths at late nights before bed help improve sleeping patterns and sleep insomneia.
If you’re a body bulider, epsom salt baths are amazing for muscle relaxing, aid, healing as well as cold showers.
Improve sense of well being and mental health.
Imrpove sympathic nervous system, anxiety or cortisal levels.
There is nothing bad i can took away from my treatments via epsom salt baths.
