The past 3 weeks, after all my treatments. One thing i can take away both postivity and negativity from these treatments are: 

  • Epsom salt baths at late nights before bed help improve sleeping patterns and sleep insomneia. 

  • If you’re a body bulider, epsom salt baths are amazing for muscle relaxing, aid, healing as well as cold showers. 

  • Improve sense of well being and mental health. 

  • Imrpove sympathic nervous system, anxiety or cortisal levels. 

  • There is nothing bad i can took away from my treatments via epsom salt baths.
